132 kHz High-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaners

High frequency ultrasonic cleaners produce much smaller cavitation bubbles which can penetrate the smallest features in the grooves of your records. Higher frequencies are also superior for the removal of chemical contamination like release agents that are used during the vinyl pressing process. Our new 132 kHz 6 and 15 liter cleaners are state-of-the-art and have a high 180W resp. 360W cleaning output.

Our versatile Pro and ProXL systems can be used for a dual-frequency cleaning protocol when combining a 132kHz cleaner with a standard 40 kHz unit. The Pro/ProXL motor units can be placed directly on the rim of the 40 kHz unit before finishing the cleaning run up on the 132kHz cleaner.
