The Elmasonic P-Series is the state-of-the art in ultrasonic cleaning. Advanced power electronics enable dual-frequency operation in a single cleaner. Clean your records at 37 kHz and 80 kHz without the need for changing to a different cleaner. The dual-frequency approach results in a more efficient clean: Low frequencies are better at removing coarse dirt or dust, while high frequencies can penetrate the smallest features in your record grooves and remove chemical contaminants more efficiently. The Elmasonic P60H combines both ranges for high-quality audiophile cleaning results.
Specifications of P60H Cleaner:
Frequency: 37/80 kHz
Ultrasonic Power: 180W (37 kHz)/150W (80 kHz)
Heating Power: 500W
Voltage: AC 110-120V 50/60 Hz
The Elmasonic P60H ultrasonic comes complete with a lid for preventing evaporation of the cleaning fluid when taking a break from cleaning records.

Why is dual-frequency cleaning superior?
The size of the cavitation bubbles depends on the cleaner frequency. Low frequencies produce larger bubbles, while higher frequencies generate smaller bubbles. Larger bubbles contain more energy but cannot penetrate small features. Hence, low frequency cleaners excel at removing large dirt particles and dust.
The smaller high frequency bubbles contain less energy, but can penetrate the smallest features. They are ideal for cleaning the bottom of your record grooves and the removal of chemical contamination like release agents from the pressing process.
This means that a dual-frequency clean covers the entire contamination range, and results in superior audiophile results.
