Without a filtration system we recommend to exchange the fluid after a few batches of records. This of course depends on the level of contamination on the records.

With our Micron fluid filtration system, however, the fluid can be used for many batches. The Micron system uses an industry leading 1 micron rated particle filter that will remove even the smallest specs of dirt (including mold spores and most bacteria) from the cleaning fluid while the records are being cleaned.

The Micron system will also practically eliminate redeposition of dirt for a superior cleaning result. It filters an entire 6 liter tank within about 4 min, i.e. the fluid is purified several times during a typical cleaning run.
